At B&G Custom Laser Engraving, each piece is crafted with care, and many are made uniquely for you. Because of this, our return policy is a little different for custom vs. non-custom items:
🪵 Custom & Personalized Items
- Once a proof is approved and engraving begins, custom engraved items are final sale.
- If your order arrives damaged or does not match the approved design, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will gladly replace, repair, or refund at our discretion.
- Please double-check all spelling, dates, and details before approving proofs—after approval, changes cannot be made.
📦 Non-Custom Items
- Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and safely packaged for return.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
🚚 Return Process
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery using our Contact Form or by email at bg@1empoweredself.com.
- Please include your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond within 48 hours with next steps.
💡 Quick Notes
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- For damaged shipments, please include photos so we can process your replacement quickly.
