–SINUS/Allergy Relief BLEND:
Enjoy the uplifting and airway opening effects of the Lemongrass, peppermint, eucalyptus and rosemary in this blend. The oils specifically chosen for this blend can help to reduce nasal congestion and soothe nasal passages. Using this oil blend on your chest prior to a work out can help open airways through nasal passages as well to assist in some minor cases of exercise induced chest tightness. Acupressure/meridian points are included in our detailed instructions which come with every blend.

• Lemongrass: contains citral which is an anti-inflammatory compound, antioxidant, arthritis pain, releases serotonin, calming on stomach, relieves tension, uplifting.
• Peppermint: headaches, reducing stress, cooling effect on sore muscles, also has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.

Every order comes with specific instructions and illustrations on acupressure points to help our customers know the best places to apply for different effects and symptoms to your acupressure points as needed.
All of our blends are also Reiki infused.
