- Lavender: Anxiety, insomnia, depression & restlessness, calming, reduce stress.
- Cedarwood: Grounding, relaxing the body, decrease hyperactivity, reduce stress, ease tension.
- Black Spruce: earth connecting, soothing to muscles and muscle spasms, joint stiffness, calming.
- Chamomile: Calming, promotes sleep, anti-inflammatory, reduces stress, relaxing.
Carrier Oil: Pure Organic Fractionated Coconut oil
